Autism West Cork provide a forum as a resource for the use of parents in the West Cork area who have children registered with the ASD team at Co-Action. If your child has been diagnosed by Co-Action as being on the autistic spectrum then please join the discussions in the forum.

In order to join the forum you will need to register here. To help validate members for the forum you will be asked to supply your full name and address, however this information is not viewable in the forum. If you wish to remain anonymous in the forum please choose a suitable user name. User names are visible in the forum.

Coffee Morning A Great Success

Autism West Cork held its first coffee morning today at The Venue, O'Donovans Hotel in Clonakilty. The event was a huge success and we had a great time meeting both parents of children with ASD and also local people and holiday makers who  dropped in for a cuppa and to learn a bit more about autism.

Committee Meeting
The AWC committee met at 2pm on 27th May 2009 at Co-Action in Skibbereen. Minutes of the meeting have been posted in the forum.
 
Website Launches

Autism West Cork are proud to announce the launch of its new website. The site is intended to provide a resource for the parents of children on the autistic spectrum living in the West Cork area. The site was created on the 22nd May 2009 and as yet there's little in the way of content; but hopefully that will change over the next few weeks.
